We all know the saying: I should have gone to spec savers - well I should have gone to Marcus at GWIL: iT Ltd. It would have certainly saved me a lot of trouble.

Instead, I went to PC World in Bexhill, near Hastings to fix my new printer, but they couldn't repair it. I was then told that I have to come and collect it myself!

I then looked on the web and found GWIL: iT Ltd. Marcus came and, of course, he provided a repair service for my printer on the spot and fixed the computer problem.

My Fathers Internet access went down one day unexpectedly and I decided to give Marcus from GWIL: iT Ltd a try. He listened to the problem carefully and explained what it may be. On visiting my father the fault was determined within the hour. Resolving it and getting internet back was a harder task though as the previous technician had changed various passwords and not written them down.
